I'm trying to localization A16,but it's different with a14/a13 and etc
They save item name in exec before and it can easy to replace
But at A16,they encrypt it in to *.xml.e file like this
At 0x04 it looks like the uncompressed_size
I tried comtype_scan2 but can't find it
