This file is compressed with the "unknown compression" given by the 0x50 header but due to SimonTime wrote a decompressor, I decompressed it with his tool, but the decompressed file isn't an MSBT/MSTXT, XML, JSON or anything easy to read, it's a binary UTF-16 format, could someone figure it out or make and editor/script to convert to plain text and back? The compression for the file is unnecessary due to the game would support many compression types for any file, thanks.

Ok. Quick suggestion, say MSG_Kernel.dat decompressed must be chosen to work properly. Also building the program makes AVs say it's malicious.
