I ripped them from the game cartridge.

as far as I know it about 'rom hacking', not '3D/2D models format'.
I think that it is not appropriate on this forum.
then I will send you PM.

Here is some progress.
Got meshes for characters and stages with uv.
This format use too much relativ offsets.

Updated 2018-03-20:
-uv+weights+bones
-try import costume first and next hands, head and hair for transform
-don't know how decode images so no autotexturing

How use - not for noob:
- only for Blender 249b users

Here are some links:

BCMDL=CGFX

Spica - open most bcmdl files

Pure Python cgfx (the same as bcmdl) converter: - not tested

ooh, could you extract bones and vertex weights from them, too?
'\equip\***_FACE.bcmdl' almost could not referred with existing tools.

I found some non-imported meshes...
looks like the following mesh is lost.
CRI_FACE.bcmdl > vertex-weighted Hi-Poly Face
LEI_DLC000.bcmdl > skinmeshes of arms and legs.

CRI_FACE.bcmdl
