Update of the post, giving more details and corrections.

After some better analysis at the Enhanced Edition files, noticed one file that was interresing, like i said, the PS3/X360 Assault used the same structure as ACI and MachStorm, of DATA__.PAC's for DPL files with the game assets, and other DATA__.PAC with CPK for Criware multimedia storage(audio/video), Assault Horizon Enhanced Edition stores the files in .QDF like i said, but also some files used DPL header, along of datapack.bin i mentioned, i found one more file located at the QDF internals, called DATA.PAC(which for no suprise, it's a DPL), the folder it's located at "target" folder when you decompress the QDF.

Also i mentioned about a guy called Undefined_darkness he worked at a QDF decompression tool that the code was this one :

Along the QDF_Tool, his sideproject called Open Horizon(making a open source recreation of Assault at a indepedent engine) he was working at reverse enginnering the game files, but due the project got abandoned years ago, no further progess was made, however, he left some information of research at the files which can be useful for developing a QuickBMS script or other tool :
