hello i want convert a audio file to wav format with 'fact' chunk in binary

anyone have a program to convert wav file t with 'fact' chunk?

You should upload the wav file and tell the exact name of the game.
"fact" is used in some codecs for containing information related to the decoding work.

If you rename the extension from .wav to *.lwav, it becomes playable in foobar with vgmstream's foobar component.

I just recommend vgmstream as you use it 100% of the time. Anyway not going to go anymore off-topic.
