The files are too small for the File Cutter.

Another Edelweiss game! The BMS script doesn't look like it needs to be updated (but just in case, this Github tool provided by LinkOFF7 also does the same job of extracting ARC files). However, the extracted contents come out in a format that doesn't seem to have a script for it. Using the tool on a 3D model .ARC file produces nhtex (seems to be a container for PNG/DDS), nhanm (guessing it's an animation file), and nhmdl (the model itself?).

I wasn't able to find much information on nhtex, but Googling it led me to two Github tools (for Touhou of all things), so maybe it's based on whatever tool Edelweiss uses.

nhtextool doesn't seem to produce any PNGs or DDS files, so I'm guessing the tool is out of date. I came across this community forum that seems to be trying to work on a translation patch for the game, so I'm sure they would also appreciate any help with this.

Edit: I found some larger nhtex files that I can use a filecutter on. I made a subfolder for that in the MEGA.

so~ still no any tool can be edit nhtex?
