Ok, I get what's going on.
.bank -> .fsb -> .wav

http://www.mediafire.com/file/wznou0kjs ... k.zip/file
There are 2 files in the archive:
1. use bank files.bms and get .fsb archive
2. use fsb_aud_extr.exe and get .wav files

Just use fsbext.exe -o -1 for scanning the bank files and extracting all the embedded FSB files (just one I guess)
