I found a way to extract .forge files. When I export .forge files, it exports as "file". for this reason they are not raw data, and can not be imported.I have not been able to access the raw file yet.
the raw files of the .forge file in previous games:
mesh files: "CN_A_FR_LegacyAvatar_Altair_Body_LOD0.RAWMDL
skeleton files: "ACU_U_Altair_Dress.RAWSKEL
When the .forge file of Assassin Creed ORIGINS game is exported:
The file that stores the mesh file: "CE_P_Bayek_Atlair
I think the skeleton is in the file: "CE_P_Bayek

as you will understand, we have finished 43% of the work. It doesn't appear to be as hard as in .forge case to me but possibly there're some difficulties here too. I need help to go further. As you can see, .RAWMDL files are in multiple files.
