I suggest you to upload the 2 files generated by the following script on one of these data.number files because the other users may avoid downloading 800Mb files:
http://aluigi.org/bms/filecutter.bms

Additionally can you provide a list of the game files?
I mean a directory tree just to understand how may data.number files exist and if there is an "index file" with the information.

these files are already extractable with current wraith tool (the main tool for all COD games)

p.s. before converting, extract files from CASC filesystem with CASCview

Its not possible because cascview does not support it yet. Stop spreading misinformation.

We need a real solution.

CASC Viewer has even worked since the first beta, the only issue is 1GB+ files are split up, but it's easy to fix it with available tools or write your own script to merge them (i.e. XPAK_1, .....)
