@nextworld thank you for your answer, appreciated
uh-oh, I sent you to a kinda, crap video, he talks really slow, and I was unable to get his 'solution' to work (after going over the video like 4 time, EXCRUCIATING with such a slow talker, .awful video, sorry I recommended it,.
If you ever figure out how to do a successful mod PLEASE SHARE THE MAGIC! I am literally just trying to adapt one abandon-ware app for my nieces and nephews to learn from. Not make a career of it
Been half a year of one long useless tutorial after another, HUNDREDS maybe THOUSANDS of wasted hours. If I was young... I would be 'triggered' instead of just beyond depressed and crushed,.. It is a simple, un-encrypted Unreal 4.18 app. I can unpak, redo chatacter rgging, anything, everything, except: get it to RUN after modding.
I don't even need to pepak!! Even still, when I try to re run after replacing a cooked asset, I get this error:
'c:/users/Woody/AppData/Local/Stage9/Saved/Config/WindowsNoEditor' must exist and contain a DefaultEngine.ini'
and even though I triple check there is a Folder called 'WindowsNoEditor' in the right place (assuming it is asking for a folder?) and an ini called:
DefaultEngine.ini, still I am never able to make even the slightest change!
Help would be so very most welcome!
