been studying making quickbms script to extract files in this game and managed to rip most of the files from the .cat files, but i'm having problems with its models, specifically the tmd/tmd2.

I believe there are texture in there but texturefinder can't find anything. After many searches I saw some threads about seran kagura which also uses some .cat and .tmd and able to extract gtx texture from them, but unfortunately those tools don't work on this game (no surprise there) even though both I think made by tamsoft.

I don't see any textures in these samples but there was a couple of submeshes

thanks for having a look, so the textures are not on the tmd and on a separate files? and it looks like I don't even need to rip the models from the .cat files?

cat files can contain models or textures. I am designing te plugin so there is no need to extract the cat files to get models or textures from them.

Any update on that plugin chrrox?
