Yes, I'm transferring a hex editor, and I can pull it out myself, but there's a way to programmatically separate them from there files very much!

VGMToolbox has a CRI HCA Extractor.

You can find it under VGMToolbox > Misc. Tools > Extraction Tools > Streams > CRI HCA Extractor.
