It's not required but some machines have issues without it be it due to over-protective AV's or something else. I just recommend it as an easy way to fix most common problems with any of the things I make regardless if the app needs it or not.
I don't plan to release the tool I made for Android. I'll continue to post the passwords for it though if people ask for them and let me know it updated.
is there a mac compatible version of this program?
Also, the data.jet file, I converted to a zip file and it's asking me for passwords for all the json files contained in the zip.. am i doing something wrong?

I don't own any Mac/Apple product so I have no way to make a version that will work for it. aluigi has been posting the passwords for that version fairly regularly though.
Awesome thanks! How did you get the password? I just want to know for future reference on updated versions. (only way i know how to is bruteforce all 16 character passwords)
The method is similar to the one used on the other platforms. There is no need or advantage in disclosing information about something covering passwords changed every two weeks.
