Modifying .bft font from Re:ZERO Starting Life in Another World: The Prophecy of the Throne

Hello, I need to modify this font files, but i don't know what to do. I need to add some characters and fix kerning of existing characters.
Game: Re:ZERO Starting Life in Another World: The Prophecy of the Throne.
Needed something like a tool to extract font bitmap and character table, and then revert to bft.
