100-150$ for making text scrolling from right to left RTL for Umineko

We need help with text scrolling in dialogues for the game Umineko no Naku Koro ni Rondo & Nocturne which is based on the onscripter-ru (available in github) in C++, in order to make the dialogues from right to left RTL and text scrolling too.
