tenchu time of the assassins .bin files

tenchu time of the assassins .bin files
Does anyone knows how to extract or modify the files of this game? Most of them are in *.bin, and even looking at them at the Hex editor didn't helped, i've tried many programs like Nova Extractor,EveryFileExplorer and many more. The best i could get was audio files in *.aif, but again couldnt do much since i only were able to extract it, but thats it. If anyone knows any way of modfying then, i would appreciate.
